Paulo de Lira
was born in 1960 in the state of Paraíba. He has been living on his
artistic works since he was seventeen years old.
He has moved to Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, in 1979.
Besides several personal exhibitions, he also participates actively in
exhibitions in Brazil and in foreign countries.
He is a member of the "Ateneu Angrense de Letras e Artes",
of the "Sociedade Brasileira de Belas Artes" and of the
"International Writers and Artist Association".
He was awarded a medal in the 6º Salon International de Beauregard in
France, as a representative of an invited nation..
He was granted with Tiradentes Medal from the Assembléia Legislativa
do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - ALERJ. |
